Wednesday, December 2, 2009 - Coquina Yacht Club - Little River, SC
Quiet Day spent inside out of the rain. I made bread and caught up on writing in my journal and posting. Not much going on today. The wind is blowing and the rain is pelting the boat. We sway a little with the wind. Once it let up we headed to the showers then I makde dinner – left over spaghetti with salad and fresh homemade bread. Sandy came by earlier to check and see if we got on the Internet or not and to see if our dinghy was collecting water. I was having trouble getting online but we were able to finally get on after I talked to her. I was reading the wep key wrong (a duh moment). Luckily we had remembered to pull the plug on the dinghy yesterday after working on it so it could drain.
Right now we’re under a tornado watch until 4:00am. It’s currently 71 degrees at 8:00pm with winds from the s at 29mph. Moon is at full phase with sunrise at 7:03 and sunset at 5:05pm It'll be interesting to see those temperatures plummet once the cold front pushes from the NW into this airmass moving from the south and Gulf area
